The teaching-learning relationship is fundamental to education, shaping the interaction between educators and students to enhance learning. This relationship encompasses more than just conveying information; it involves creating a learning environment that promotes active participation and mutual respect. Effective teaching involves more than just presenting content; it includes acknowledging and catering to students’ varied needs, interests, and learning styles. Teachers must adjust their approaches and resources to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where students are inspired and appreciated. Research significance: Studying the teaching-learning relationship is essential for enhancing academic performance. Analyzing interactions between educators and students helps researchers identify strategies that improve engagement and meet diverse learning needs. This leads to improved teaching techniques, supports student achievement, and fosters a positive and productive learning environment.Methology: Alternatives: Traditional Lecture-Based, Interactive Workshops, Online Self-Paced Learning, Project-Based Learning, Flipped Classroom. Evaluation Parameters: Student Engagement (scale 0-10), Learning Outcomes (GPA scale 0-4), Time Commitment (hours per week), Cost of Materials (USD per semester).Result: The results indicate that Online Self-Paced Learning achieved the highest rank, while Traditional Lecture-Based achieved the lowest rank being attained. Conclusion: “The value of the dataset for the ‘teaching-learning relationship, according to the WASPAS Method, Online Self-Paced Learning achieves the highest ranking.”
