O podwójnej penalizacji organizacji walk zwierząt w prawie polskim

Animal fights are a reprehensible practice in which animals are forced to fight each other. This causes animals to suffer, sustain injuries or even die. It is therefore not surprising that the organization of animal fights is penalized under the Animal Protection Act of August 21, 1997. A specific feature of this regulation is that animal fights are treated as both a criminal offence and a petty offence. This necessitates an academic discussion of this state of affairs and a determination of whether there is double penalization of the organization of animal fights in Polish law.
