This dataset contains experimental data used in the characterization of superconducting qubits, supporting the results presented in the associated publication.The data include resonator spectroscopy and time-domain measurements T1.All data were acquired using laboneq and QCoDeS packages. All scripts and installation requirements to process the raw experimental data into the figures for this work are included in the aforementioned GitHub repository.Data analysis scripts are available in the GitHub repository accompanying the publication, enabling reproduction of the results.
