BACKGROUND: Telemedicine platforms are transforming the healthcare sector by providing patients with convenient access to medical consultations, thereby improving healthcare outcomes and promoting sustainable healthcare delivery. As a key driver of patient engagement, AI-powered telemedicine services help individuals manage their health challenges, reduce risks, and enhance overall well-being. In addition, by minimizing the need for physical visits, telemedicine contributes to environmental sustainability through reduced carbon emissions from travel. The main objective of the study is to show how telemedicine services impact patient behavior and at what stage patients are involved and accepted their trust, satisfaction with AI-powered telemedicine platforms, and access to their role in promoting sustainable healthcare delivery. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study examines the secondary data generates 2000 responses by using excel data sentimental analysis technique based on consumer behavior, trust, satisfaction, and engagement with telemedicine platforms by analyzing sentiments expressed on social media platforms like X formerly (Twitter) and YouTube and telemedicine services (Teladoc, Doctors on Demand, MD Live, Health Tapp, and Babylon Health). RESULTS: We analyzed secondary data by using excel data sentimental analysis technique to generate 2000 comments across this platform and gathered data and calculated sentimental analysis by using formula, and revealed that 54.9% of responses were positive and 45.1% responses were negative. These insights provide a deeper understanding of consumer trust, satisfaction levels, and engagement patterns in the telemedicine services. CONCLUSION: The paper concludes that Telemedicine in the healthcare sector has a good impact in administrative work faster and more reliable and reduces burden of charges and work efficiency and well-being of system and progress.
