Echocardiographic Features of Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing in a Patient with Concomitant Lamin and SCN5A Cardiomyopathy.

We report the echocardiographic features of the first case of left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) in a woman with concurrent lamin and SCN5A mutations presenting with familial heart block. Left ventricular ejection fraction, global longitudinal strain, myocardial work, and septal-to-posterior activation pattern were conserved at 3 months postimplantation with excellent pacing parameters, demonstrating feasibility and short-term preservation of left ventricular mechanics of LBBAP in this very rare disease.
