Favorable Neurological Outcome Following Prolonged Super-Refractory Status Epilepticus in a Resource-Limited Setting: A Case Report.

Super-refractory status epilepticus (SRSE) is associated with high mortality and poor neurological outcomes. This case highlights a young male treated for SRSE. Diagnosis and treatment were expansive. Despite the severity of the patient's disease course, the patient had a favorable neurological outcome at the end of his hospital stay.
