The article aims at a theoretical systematization of what Smart Living is, its importance and the definition of its different factors for Latin organizations. The use of the theoretical method of analysis-synthesis, in connection with induction-deduction, made it possible to determine the regularities and tendencies of the topic. Bibliographic review was privileged to validate the theories and concepts assumed. The different factors of Smart Living essential for Latino organizations are defined. It is important to highlight the humanistic approach and it is confirmed that organizations must reflect and make proposals to adapt the university to the demands of today’s society, incorporating intelligent technologies in education, which will have an immediate effect on educational transformation.
