Designing Video-Enhanced Rubrics to Master Complex Skills

Part 1 of this thesis covers the theory (chapter 2), the design and development process of thevideo-enhanced rubric (chapters 3 and 4).In Part 2 of this thesis, we evaluate our approach across several skills (oral presentation,collaboration, and information literacy). To determine the effect of our approach we measuredthe students ‘ mental models of the complex skills in chapter 5, complex skill performance inchapter 6, and complex skill feedback in chapter 7.
