WHAT IS ALREADY KNOWN ABOUT THIS TOPIC?: Bisphenols and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are endocrine-disrupting chemicals found in aquatic ecosystems. Henan, a critical water conveyance region within the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, encompasses four river basins characterized by complex hydrological conditions. However, systematic monitoring of contaminant levels remains insufficient.
