Background: India has the world's highest tuberculosis (TB) epidemic, accounting for 26% of global incident cases. As of 2022, the estimated incidence was 2.82 million cases (199 per 100, 000 population). While the National TB Elimination Programme aims to end TB by 2025, challenges include high rates of latent TB, malnutrition, and Drug-Resistant TB. The main objective of this study was to assess the level of awareness regarding TB among employees of a hospital in India. Materials and Methods: The present cross-sectional analytical study was carried out in a private tertiary care hospital located in northern India. Accounting for the finite population of 100 employees, the sample size was calculated using STATCALC of epi info7 software as 25, and the study subjects were selected using a simple random technique. Reliability of the questionnaire was tested using Cronbach’s alpha (? = 0.83). The time required by the interviewer to fill a questionnaire ranged from 20 min.
