The TeCHO+ (Techonology Enabled Community Health Operations) App is a mobile and web based mHealth program.It replaces the older tracking systems and digitizes the day-day workflows of frontline health workers to improve the maternal and child health care. This study evaluated the effectiveness of a TeCHO+ plus App awareness Programme among 30 community healthcare providers using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design. Most participants were female Auxiliary Nurse Midwives aged 25-30 years, with varying experience and limited prior TeCHO+ training but basic computer skills. Pretest results showed predominantly average knowledge (93.3%), which improved significantly after the intervention, with 90% achieving good knowledge. The mean knowledge score increased from 15.90±3.84 to 26.07±3.02, and the paired t-test (t = 12.450, p< 0.05) confirmed the effectiveness of the TeCHO + Plus APP awareness progamme. No significant association was found between posttest knowledge and demographic variables. The study concludes that the TeCHO+ awareness package is an effective strategy to enhance knowledge among community health providers and should be widely implemented.
