Composites based on silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and fullerene C60 were obtained. AgNPs were stabilized by alternating copolymers of maleic acid. The properties of the composites were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The contents of AgNPs and C60 in the composites were 22–34 wt % and 20–28 wt %, respectively. The dry composites were found to be dispersible in water. It was shown that the stability of AgNPs in salt- and oxidant-containing media increases upon their doping with fullerene C60. Moreover, C60 significantly enhances the antifungal activity of AgNPs in the composites against Candida albicans.
