Spinal extradural Masson’s tumor : Report of a rare case

Extradural spinal Masson’s tumor (MT) or intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) is one of the very rare spinal pathologies and only few cases have been reported in the literature. Here, we present a 43year young male patient having spinal extradural Masson’s tumor at L3 spinal level. We review literature and discuss on its epidemiology, clinical scenario, diagnosis, management and outcome of this rare spinal pathology.
