Fishermen are people whose primary livelihood is fishing. Fishermen in Bantuas Village fish approximately 18 days per month or 4–5 days per week. The income earned is relatively low and insufficient to meet living needs, so fishermen implement survival strategies in the form of active, passive, and network strategies. This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of fishermen, the survival strategies applied, and topic trends related to survival strategies. The study was conducted from September 2025–February 2026 in Bantuas Village with 10 respondents through a census method. The results showed that the majority of fishermen were aged 42–51 years with a low level of education (elementary school) of 8 people (80%). Fishermen in Bantuas Village were classified as lower-middle class with an income of Rp 2,352,000–2,677,000 per month. Four people (40%) implemented two strategies (active and passive) for survival strategies, while six people (60%) implemented three strategies simultaneously (active, passive, and network).
