The paper examines the development of the Macedonian Question in North America from 1929 to 1941. It analyses the propaganda activities of Yugoslav diplomatic and consular representatives, as well as representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North America, in their efforts to win over emigrants from Macedonia for the Yugoslav state and idea, and their struggle with members of the Macedonian Political Organisation in North America and other proponents of Bulgarian-Macedonian propaganda. The paper is based on archival sources and relevant literature.
