RNA-sequencing data were obtained from skeletal muscle tissues of a Duchenne muscular dystrophy animal model after stem cell intervention. The dataset comprises transcriptomic profiles from treated and control animals and was generated to characterize treatment-induced changes in muscle regeneration, inflammation, fibrosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, mitochondrial metabolism, and disease-related signaling pathways.
