Background: Cervical Radiculopathy is not an uncommon condition now-a-day. Cervical Radiculopathy can occur due to poor posture, screen time, aging, prolong working duration on computer system, sudden jerk etc. In this study Neural mobilisation and Intermittent Cervical Traction along with IFT was compared on 30 patients. Objectives: To compare the effects of Neural Mobilization versus Intermittent Cervical Traction along with Interferential Therapy in the management of cervical radiculopathy. Methodology: Total 30 patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Patients were informed about the study and one group was treated with Neural Mobilization and other group was treated with Intermittent Cervical Traction. Two outcome measure were used to assess the pain and neck pain disability. Result: The result of the study has shown that Neural Mobilization and Intermittent Cervical Traction both are effective in treating patients with cervical radiculopathy but Group A has shown better result than Group B. Conclusion: The study concluded that Neural mobilization can be the first choice of treatment in case of Cervical Radiculopathy, though both are effective.
