This investigation was carried out to examine how humanistic leadership affects workforce outcomes, utilizing ethical conduct as an mediating implement. This study adopsted a quantitative inquiry centered on a causal research design. The data were obtained via questionnaires administered to 86 staf members and analyzed employing regression modelling to identify both direct and indirect relationships between variables. Data processing utilised SPSS. The empirical evidence demonstrate that humanistic leadership fosters employee outcomes in a positive and significant manner. In addition, humanistic leadership was found to have a favorable impact on ethical behavior among employees. Ethical behavior also contributes constructively to employee performance. The statistical analysis demonstrates that ethical behavior partially serves as an mediating variable connecting humanistic leadership with employee performance. These results are expected to provide useful insights for companies in managing organizational activities and to become a supporting reference for future studies related to the same topic.
