Structure and dynamics of the Global Economy in the 21st century. XV. Donjon of the Global South and other structural elements

The purpose of the research is to define and describe the Donjon of the Global South as a second-level structural component, consisting of three structural elements of the Global South that include countries located within a certain stripe near the main diagonal P=D on the plane of scaled economic indices {D, P}. The study also seeks to present the structural formula of the Global South, which, in addition to the Donjon, contains the following structural elements: the “Demographic Giants of the Global South” and the “Main Part of the Global South”. The scientific novelty lies in the identification and description of the Donjon of the Global South as a statistically homogeneous and stable subset of Global South countries. The proposed structural formula of the Global South thereby, as a result, establishes a standard framework for describing the dynamics of the Global South.
