This capsule provides the Python/MATLAB reproducibility package for the article “Theoretical Modeling of Ising Spin Communication Channels with Relaxed-State Modulation.” The capsule demonstrates the relaxed-state Ising communication model in three complementary ways. First, it runs a small live 2D toy example in which random Ising media are generated, a classical bit is written by local perturbations of couplings and fields near the transmit sites, the medium is relaxed to its ground state, and the bit is decoded by Bob using a private differential readout and by Charlie using only public features. Second, it regenerates the published figures and tables from stored per-figure data using MATLAB plotters for Figs. 5–10 and Python plotters for Tables 7–8. Third, it runs each production data-generation pipeline at reduced scale to verify that the full simulation workflow executes end-to-end inside Code Ocean. The default `run.sh` script executes the live toy, regenerates all stored-data figures/tables, and then runs the reduced-scale full pipeline. Generated figure/table images are copied to `/results`, and reduced-scale reports and CSV/config outputs are copied to `/results/outputs`. The stored `figs/*/data/` files correspond to the published-scale figure data, while the `figs/*/data_gen/` folders contain the production data-generation scripts and readme files documenting the larger HPC commands. The reduced-scale Code Ocean run is intended to verify reproducibility of the code paths and plotting pipeline within a reasonable runtime; it does not rerun the full cluster-scale campaigns.
