FEATURES OF INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESSES AT AN ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF A POST-CONFLICT ECONOMY

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming an information and analytical support system for optimizing management processes in an enterprise. It is substantiated that in the modern environment of increased uncertainty, risks and structural transformations, information and knowledge become key management resources that determine the ability of enterprises to adapt, recover and develop sustainably. The role of information and analytical resources in improving the effectiveness of managerial decisions and their influence on the enterprise’s adaptability to changes in the external and internal environment are determined. Modern approaches to building information and analytical systems are analyzed, particularly through the use of digital technologies, business analytics, and intelligent data processing tools. Special attention is paid to the integration of information flows, the formation of a unified analytical space within the enterprise, and ensuring the reliability and relevance of the information used in management. Key problems in the functioning of information and analytical support were identified, in particular, data fragmentation, low level of their structuring, lack of a comprehensive approach to collecting, processing and analyzing information, as well as an insufficient level of digital and analytical competencies of personnel. The directions for improving information and analytical support are proposed, which include the implementation of modern information systems for data management, automation of analytical processes, development of a digital culture of personnel, as well as the creation of centers for analytical support of managerial decision-making. It is proven that effective information and analytical support is a key factor in optimizing management processes, increasing the efficiency of the enterprise, its competitiveness, and ensuring long-term sustainability in the conditions of digital transformation and economic recovery.
