Poesie dalla Macchina Pensante (2023) is an artistic research project by Gabriele Moschin and Andrea Filippi exploring authorship, poetry and image generation through artificial intelligence. Conceived shortly after the public release of ChatGPT and DALL·E, the work documents the first Italian experiments in which a large language model and a generative image model collaboratively produced an entire illustrated poetry collection.Rather than presenting AI as a replacement for human creativity, the project investigates a hybrid creative process in which prompting, selection, editing and curation become forms of artistic authorship.
