Positive psychology is the branch of psychology which focusses upon the investigation of factors and underlying mechanisms that help an individual to perform optimally. The happiness levels of school teachers may be affected by large number of factors. This study was conducted to ascertain some of these factors. Happiness among school teachers was studied as a dependent variable while spiritual intelligence, socio-economic status and professional competence of school teachers were treated as independent variables in this study. It was found that the interaction between these three independent variables on the scores of happiness was found to be insignificant (p = 0.075). This showed a weak trend that the conjoint effect of all independent variables may have on happiness of school teachers. Although the three-way interaction was insignificant, yet the trend suggests a potential collective influence of these factors on happiness of school teachers.
