There are structural defects in the enterprise risk governance system, which are mainly reflected in the hierarchical loss of information transmission and the lag of decision-making circuits. These two contradictions often become the trigger for governance failure when there are drastic fluctuations in the business environment. After the intervention of the intelligent risk control system, it provides a technical solution space for the above-mentioned difficulties. Real time computing capability and pattern recognition function can compress the transmission chain of risk signals, while also integrating fragmented abnormal data into a risk profile for decision-makers to directly interpret. The article analyzes the topic through three different angles: system diagnostics, embedding path, and guarantee mechanism in order to identify the characteristics and institutional prerequisites of the integration of intelligent risk management instruments into governance systems.
