Data Management Plan for "Young women’s navigation of Tegucigalpa neighbourhoods: a hybrid cooperative inquiry"

This PhD examines how young women living in Tegucigalpa navigate daily life under conditions of violence, gendered norms and constrained mobility. Using a hybrid Cooperative Inquiry (CI) approach, the project will co‑produce knowledge with 10-15 young women (aged approx. 18–30) through an iterative combination of online engagement and in‑person workshops in collective cycles of multi-modal data generation and reflection.Multimodal data (audio, transcripts, fieldnotes and observation notes, narrative accounts, drawings, maps, photos) will illuminate how participants understand and negotiate safety, dignity, wellbeing, social protection, and imagined futures. The project is conducted in partnership with a local NGO, who will facilitate safe access and recruitment, but will not have access to raw data.Outputs include a PhD thesis, and potentially co‑produced practice insights and/or a public-facing event such as a roundtable, as agreed with participants and NGO partner. Further academic publications based on this data are possible as well.
