Integration of Economic Mechanisms Based on Risk-Oriented Approach in Systems of Quality Management

The article studies theoretical and practical aspects of building economic mechanisms of providing sustainability of supply chains of Russian enterprises in conditions of sanction restrictions by using potential of the quality management system. On the basis of analyzing present day academic literature and practical experience of home companies the conceptual model of integration of quality management systems into mechanisms of providing sustainability of supply chains was worked out, which is adapted to conditions of external restrictions. It was found that economic mechanisms based on risk-oriented approach and integrated into quality management systems can provide necessary adaptation and sustainability of supply chains. The article shows results of proposed mechanisms tested on examples of Russian industrial enterprises, which proved their efficiency for neutralization of adverse affect of sanction restrictions on functioning of logistic systems. Methodological recommendations were put forward on building economic mechanisms of providing supply chain sustainability through quality management taking into account branch specificity of Russian enterprises.
