Upgrading Business-Processes to Provide Quality of Services at Enterprises of Machine and Equipment Maintenance

Topicality of the research is stipulated by the need to raise competitiveness of enterprises dealing with maintenance of machines and equipment at the expense of improvement of service quality and drop in technological risks connected with dependence on foreign soft. Traditional methods of quality management cannot always provide the required automation and standardization, which can limit efficiency of business-processes. The goal of the research is to develop proposals aimed at upgrading business-processes for providing quality at enterprises dealing with machine and equipment maintenance by re-engineering targeted at raising the degree of automation, drop in the number of errors and replacement of foreign soft by home analogues. Findings of the research demonstrate serious improvement of key indicators: the level of automation grew, the number of errors reduced, compliance with regulatory documents increased. The dependence on foreign soft was eliminated, which raised sustainability of processes. The author came to the conclusion that the advanced approach to re-engineering of business-processes in quality management system can provide complex improvement of indicators and can be used at other enterprises of the machine-building industry to adapt to current challenges of market.
