"This dataset contains binding critical network element\u2013contingency (CNEC) records from the Nordic flow-based market coupling (FBMC) day-ahead auction, retrieved from the public Joint Allocation Office (JAO) Publication Tool. The gzip-compressed archive holds one JSON-Lines file per delivery day, from the 30 October 2024 Nordic FBMC go-live through July 2026 (about 640 days). Each line is a binding CNEC at a 15-minute market time unit with positive shadow price\u2014over 838,000 records spanning 12,269 distinct CNEC identifiers. Fields include UTC timestamp, CNEC name, TSO, bidding-zone endpoints, remaining available margin (RAM), reference flow, shadow price, and zone-to-slack power transfer distribution factors (PTDFs) for all twelve Nordic bidding zones (NO1\u2013NO5, SE1\u2013SE4, FI, DK1, DK2)."
