Management training has a positive impact on organizational functioning, expanding human capital, and competing in a rapidly changing business world. This study focuses on the affective level in taxonomy theory. The experimental study was conducted using a classic single-group pretest-posttest design. The treatment used was experiential learning training using games and simulations. The training material covered management processes, including planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, and the results of this study showed significant changes in these management processes. Factors related to improved implementation in the work unit did not appear significant. However, overall, this management training significantly improved the affective level. This study primarily contributes to measuring affective levels in training using a Likert-scale questionnaire.
