Study of the properties of a torcret mixture, modified by ACF-75 and protein

This study is a continuation of the work «Investigation of the properties of shotcrete modified with the additive ACF-75» [1]. Due to the fact that the addition of acetone-formaldehyde resin of the ACF-75 brand to the shotcrete mixture, despite the attractive results in terms of increasing the strength and water resistance of the cured shotcrete mixture, demonstrated a decrease in its frost resistance, an additional component was already searched for in the current work to eliminate this disadvantage. Such a component turned out to be dried protein powder. Application to a dry shotcrete mixture of 0.5 % by weight. An additive consisting of dried egg white (melange) impregnated with ACF 75 made it possible to increase the strength of the modified shotcrete mixture by almost two times (by 98 %).
