This dataset contains bibliographic records of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) retrieved from the Scopus database for the period 2001–2025. It was compiled to support a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the WSN research domain. The dataset includes publication metadata such as document title, authors, affiliations, publication year, source title, author keywords, indexed keywords, citation counts, references, funding information (where available), and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs). The dataset is intended for bibliometric and scientometric analyses, including publication trend analysis, citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, country and institutional collaboration, keyword co-occurrence analysis, thematic evolution, and science mapping using software such as VOSviewer, Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny. The data were exported directly from the Scopus database using a predefined search strategy and are provided in CSV format to facilitate reproducibility and future research. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to understand the evolution, intellectual structure, collaboration patterns, and emerging research themes within the Wireless Sensor Networks domain.
