Shared postpartum triggers and divergent neurobiological vulnerabilities in postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis: A systematic scoping review

This project contains the protocol, search strategies, study-selection materials, and data-charting framework for a systematic scoping review comparing shared postpartum triggers and divergent neurobiological vulnerabilities in postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. The review will synthesize human evidence on clinical, familial, genetic, reproductive endocrine, neuroactive steroid, stress-regulatory, immune–inflammatory, sleep–circadian, and dopaminergic vulnerabilities and consider their psychopharmacological implications.
