YANG SHEGNQI
This project archives the complete civilizational system developed by Yang Shengqi, the world's first Civilizational System Axiom Architect. It comprises 11 core documents spanning seven logical layers: meta-framework, diagnostic models, measurement tools, process monitoring, institutional prescriptions, operational methodologies, and verification tools. The system is grounded in the Three Cornerstones and introduces a quantifiable Civilization Index. All documents are permanently archived on Zenodo (CERN) with 11 DOIs, on Arweave blockchain, and on IPFS. This OSF project serves as the central index and entry point for the entire system.
