This scoping review systematically sorts relevant studies on generative AI in nephrology nursing. It aims to outline the overall research landscape, summarize the functions of generative AI in scenarios including health education for kidney disease patients, clinical nursing and nursing teaching, and identify existing research gaps and clinical risks. Following standardized scoping review procedures, this study will conduct literature retrieval, screening and analysis to clarify the strengths and limitations of current generative AI, and propose nursing strategies for clinical implementation. This review can provide systematic references for clinical nurses to carry out subsequent research.
