This OSF project contains the anonymized data and supporting materials for the article “Techno-Frustration in Digital Complaint Workflows: Divergence Between Subjective and Physiological Indicators”. The repository includes a participant-level subjective dataset and raw eye-tracking/pupillometry files linked via pseudonymous IDs.
