This study aims to evaluate the impact of an educational program on healthcare professionals' knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy, and self-reported professional practice regarding probiotics and fermented milk products, with a particular focus on kefir. A quasi-experimental before-and-after design without a control group will be used. Participants will complete structured questionnaires immediately before and after the intervention to assess changes associated with the training.
