This scoping review will systematically identify and map how perceived accessibility to transport, destinations, and urban services is conceptualized and measured; which individual, built-environment, and transport-system factors influence it; and how it is associated with mobility, social participation, equity, health, well-being, and quality of life across population groups and geographic contexts.
