Information-Safe Search Selection for Custom Asymmetric Jieqi: A Fail-Closed Matched-Compute Protocol

This registration freezes the WP7–WP8 protocol for selecting and evaluating decision-time search actors in a custom asymmetric 9x10 Jieqi variant with hidden piece identities and player-private capture information. The protocol uses a common frozen neural checkpoint, a matched compute ledger, paired source-cluster units, two compatible hidden-world variants per source, and fail-closed validation of legality, information semantics, provenance and first-action invariance. The primary event is actor-created forced checkmate. Actor-created general capture is secondary evidence and is not counted as forced checkmate. The registration contains no outcome data and does not authorize a superiority, optimality, equilibrium or training claim.
