This study is a multi-site analysis of TMS protocols for SI (MAP-SI) to evaluate protocols efficacy on SI. The primary outcome is to compare the efficacy of six TMS protocol parameters: frequency pattern, coil type, localization method, intensity, and session duration, on SI outcomes in order to identify which protocol features produce optimal anti-suicidal effects. The secondary outcome is to examine the overall efficacy of TMS for SI in naturalistic settings, specifically academic medical centers and veteran affairs hospitals.
