In this project, our goal is to map the available evidence on determinants of access, inequities, barriers, facilitators, and mitigation strategies across the unrelated donor allogeneic HCT care pathway. This protocol describes a scoping review that will be conducted in accordance with the methodological framework of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) for scoping reviews. This approach is appropriate for examining broad, heterogeneous, and multidimensional topics, as it allows the systematic identification of key concepts, types of evidence, existing knowledge gaps, and areas requiring further research or policy attention.
