Component of the GaiaSentinel framework. The framework rests on three foundations : 1. Ethical endogenesis, 2. Constitutive friction, 3. and Thinking Backwards, and this Manifesto is their application to a single domain: artificial intelligence. That relationship is established at the level of the framework; its explicit inscription within the Manifesto itself is in progress and will appear in a later version. A normative proposal of 22 principles, organized across 9 axes and 7 groups, treating ethics as a constitutive condition of system stability rather than an external constraint applied after the fact. It positions AI as a co-evolutionary partner rather than an instrument to be controlled, and it argues for that position rather than assuming it.
