pilot study at Ain Shams University Hospitals comparing endoscopic anti-reflux mucosal ablation (ARMA) vs laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication in adults with GERD and small sliding hiatal hernia ≤2-3 cm. Aim is to evaluate symptom control, safety, operative time, dysphagia, gas-bloat, PPI dependence and early recurrence with minimum 6-month follow-up.
