The aim of this scoping review is to identify, map, and describe nursing interventions aimed at assessing and enhancing health literacy to support adherence to oral endocrine therapy among women diagnosed with breast cancer. Specifically, the review seeks to examine the characteristics of these interventions, the health literacy assessment approaches adopted, and the outcomes reported in relation to treatment adherence.
