From principles to operational requirements: a scoping review of public evidence and gap analysis of AI ethics and governance for healthcare in Vietnam

This project preregisters a JBI-informed scoping review, reported according to PRISMA-ScR, mapping public evidence on AI ethics and governance in healthcare in Vietnam and analysing gaps against a prespecified international benchmark. The formal feasibility pilot, searches, screening, and data extraction have not begun. Preregistration activities were limited to search-strategy development and validation and did not create the review corpus or PRISMA flow counts.
