This dataset consists of 1925 observations from 184 peer-reviewed studies focused on coffee plant nutrition. Linear regression, partial least squares regression, and principal component analysis were used to evaluate relationships among soil properties, leaf nutrients, and fertilizer inputs. Prediction profiling was applied to estimate nutrient concentrations associated with higher coffee yield. Results of this analysis show differences in coffee plant and soil nutrient concentrations across coffee growing regions, and suggest updates to coffee foliar nutrient recommendations.
