Memantine-Induced Cholestasis and Acute Hepatitis in an 8-Week-Old Term Infant.

Cholestasis and hepatitis in infants occur for various reasons and require further evaluation. We present an 8-week-old term male infant with cholestasis secondary to breast milk transference of memantine. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case associated with cholestasis and acute hepatitis with memantine transference through breast-feeding.
