Mycophenolate mofetil-induced colitis is a hemorrhagic form of colitis, commonly occurring in transplant recipients. We report the case of mycophenolate-induced colitis with scattered cytomegalovirus positive cells, identified after a screening colonoscopy revealed transverse colon mass and colonic ulcerations in an asymptomatic 52-year-old woman.
