Training the Next Generation of Health Equity Leaders: Development and Implementation of the Boston Medical Center Executive Health Equity Fellowship.

Despite longstanding evidence of racism's harmful impacts on health, most health professionals lack training in structural justice and equity. To address this, leaders at Boston Medical Center developed the Davidoff Executive Fellowship in Health Equity. This report describes its design, early outcomes, and influence on broader institutional equity initiatives.
