This article presents the results of an empirical study conducted on a sample of 1,484 police officers, aimed at identifying the types of systemic organization of personal resources that ensure their psychological safety during their work activities. Using correlation and regression analysis, four types of personal resource systems for ensuring psychological safety were empirically identified and characterized: "Avoidant," "Problematic," "Reflexive," and "Proactive." Each type is characterized by a unique pattern of relationships between personal resource indicators, leading to qualitatively different ways of ensuring psychological safety. The author discovered a paradoxical fact: despite high levels of personal resource indicators (good resource availability), a significant proportion of officers exhibit low levels of psychological safety. This led to the conclusion that the possession of high personal resources by officers is a necessary but not sufficient condition for ensuring a high level of psychological safety. It is shown that the functionality of personal resources is determined not so much by their absolute value as by their inclusion in a certain system of relationships. If the connections between personal resource indicators and psychological safety components are strong and direct (coherent), the system operates effectively, generating a synergistic effect. If these connections become negative (incoherent), then a potentially resourceful quality negatively associated with another loses its enabling function and begins to work in the opposite direction, reducing psychological safety, becoming an "anti-resource." The data obtained demonstrate how kindness without leadership qualities transforms into "violation of personal boundaries," prudence without hope into suppression of the self-image, and high self-control without sufficient self-acceptance into "self-flagellation."
