This dataset includes S1 and T1 Ensembles generated with the NEMO software for the following molecules: ACRSA, Cyclazine, Me2Hz, NH2MeHz and Heptazine. It also includes the script to generate morphology data (morphology.py) and the script that runs the analysis presented in the paper (analysis.py).
